LONDON WAR MEMORIAL ::
An amazing installation called Spectra, by Japanese artist Ryoji Ikeda was put up next to the House of Lords to commemorate those in world war 2. The visuals topped with the composed sounds, was a truly body tingling exsperience , it was hard not to feel something when gazing at the huge beams of light connecting us from the ground to the skys.
The Barbican Centre, a golden carrot in the city of London. On are way in to green house, a guy mumbled to me, saying let me show you something, I followed cautiously as he pointed up, showing me the true brilliance of the architects work on this complex, he followed up by telling me had lived there for over 30 years and his experience before quickly stepping in to the lift and off he went. I love odd encounters like this.
AROUND TOWN ::
